Vampire cursed seal

On my chest.
Engraved the time I was crowned the King of the vampires. It will glow intensely the time my body grows weak or trapped. The first level, my skin color fades into a dark blueish black, the Focus of my attacks and accuratcy is at the point of perfection. The second level, my back shakes uncontrolablly, then two black, feathery like wings shoot out of my back. My vampire form starts to come out, the speed and strength of the limit of my body almost triples and my skin color changes to a sky blue color. The Third and final stage, my chakra turns a bit black and thicker, more condensed. My skin color fades away, it's like staring at a blank white wall. My teeth comes sticking out, in a bat like way. My full form is just a white blur to even the Kage of any village.
